Comernois Winery

The planning of this Canadian Winery was challenging because of it's architectural program. The building had to contain all of the steps of wine making, from the elaboration tanks, to the barrel vaults, a grand reception hall, a garden, even a bell tower. The flat sandy landscapes surrounding the building are what inspired the long volumes to emerge, as wines do, from the rich soil.
